Our bowls are organic and completely unsweetened, (unless you add yogurt). We pre-blend so that the flavors have time to marinate and create a natural sweetness. We are proud to be using Purely Elizabeth’s Gluten Free Ancient Grains Granola

Acai Bowls

Gluten Free Oats cooked with unsweetened coconut milk and topped with walnuts, sliced banana, strawberries, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, Himalayan salt and maple syrup

E3 AFA- 100% Nutrient Dense Aqua Botanical (blue-green algae) (Increases energy, mood balancing, digestive help, after work-out recovery)

Blue Majik- extract of (Spirulina) Good for reducing joint pain and inflammation

Perk-Y Powder- improves skin elasticity, increases antioxidants in the body and supports the liver, reduces inflammation & evens out blood sugar levels
